The relocation and freight expenses were covered by Donations in Kind Eastern Region (Sydney) organised by Ron Marcus ( Rotary Club of Castle Hill), and Peter Koens, medical engineer from Philips Australia..
Another wonderful supporter is Willoughby Floor Services who not only provided the vinyl flooring material for the Cath Labs but send a team of two installers to the site.
St Vincent's and Mercy Private Hospitals in Melbourne, donated their existing Philips Integris H3000 Cardiac Catheterisation facility (Cath Lab) to Rotary for reinstallation in the National Cancer Hospital in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This machine will be only the second serving the country of 3,000,000 people. The first machine was installed by Rotary two years ago. |
